• Founder of the International Academy of Environmental Sciences;
• Has been teacher and has made courses for the formation of managers

• Founded -with Stefano Nespor and other scholars- the Environmental
Juridical Review (Giuffrè, today Editorial Scientifica);
• Author of numerous publications. Last mos important news: “History,
Science and Community Environmental Law” (2001, Cedam) and “water
and other common goods and violations of people’s sovereignty and
made in italy: from denied rights to business in the century”. ’ What protection and what solutions versus the exessive power of the
Multinationals’ (NARDIN_LIBRI, November 2018);
• He has participated as a speaker at numerous conferences, which he has
often presided over. He was a speaker in Conferences;
