following this important and historical juridical-scientifi c Day, organised to think over the issue of “Exposition to asbestos, new criminal frontiers and therapeutical horizons” and toward and together the European Criminal Court Project, it is necessary to proceed to the: thE constitution of the National Environmental Public Prosecutor’s Offi ce, as fi rst act toward a General European Environmental Public Prosecutor’s Office;
